each 1:1 online session is unique, but may include:
a grounding conversation to understand where you are right now
gentle guided relaxation (hypnosis) to access a quieter, deeper state
space to release what no longer fits
time to notice what wants to come forward
integration at the end — so you leave feeling steadier, not spaced out
